for which we have served as the sole authorized distributor in Türkiye for 20 years, GEA Group’s subsidiary GEA Heat Exchangers/GEA PHE Systems the companies were acquired in April 2014 by the European investment group Triton Partners was acquired by (www.triton-partners.com).
Under the agreement between GEA Group and Triton Partners, effective November 9, 2015, GEA Heat Exchanger the group’s corporate name and product brand Kelvion has been changed. We are pleased to announce that our new brand’s story www.kelvion.com can be followed on the website. In addition, GEA Group will no longer manufacture heat exchangers.
We regard this change as a development that will further improve our products and services. It will enable us to accelerate our growth strategy and respond more effectively to the requirements and needs of our valued customers.
Arasta has been the sole authorized representative in Türkiye of GEA PHE Systems/Kelvion PHE since 1995 and, since its establishment, GEA Ecoflex/Kelvion PHE’s plates to manufacture heat exchangers and pasteurization systems. The aforementioned GEA Ahlborn / GEA PHE Systems / GEA Ecoflex / Kelvion PHE We will continue to support your requests for spare parts, service, capacity upgrades and refurbishment for these products in our capacity as sole authorized representative.
