NOx Emissions for ships in areas called ECA (Emission Control Area), Regulation 13This regulation requires a DeNOx system for engines above 130kW.
We reduce engine flue gas NOx values below the limit values specified in regulation 13 with the DeNOx systems we specially design for each project according to the engine room dimensions.

Regulation 13

Nox Regulation for Ships Marpol Annex VI, Regulation 13
The regulation issued in 1997 was amended in 2005. It applies to engines above 130 kW operating in Emission Control Areas (ECAs), subject to the NOx limits shown below. Current engine technology cannot meet Tier III limits without an exhaust aftertreatment system.
