Highlights
- Exhaust system CFD analysis
- Special design according to engine room layout plan
- Savings in space and cost by supplying engine silencer-SCR system combination
- Available in vertical or horizontal configurations
- Over 20 years of experience
The NOx (Nitrogen oxide) content in the exhaust emission values of fuel oil, diesel oil and in some applications Natural Gas engines used in power plants is reduced to the desired limit values by injecting urea solution into the exhaust gas and providing a good mixture with the DeNOx SCR systems we supply.
We reduce engine flue gas NOx values below the limit values with DeNOx systems that we specially design for each project according to engine features and engine room layout dimensions.
Our main services include:
- NOx emission reduction up to the desired level
- Exhaust system sound reduction 35 dB(A)
- three-way catalyst
- Ammonia slip catalyst
- automation
- Supervision services
- Hydrocarbon emission reduction (HC)
- Carbon monoxide emission reduction (CO)
- diesel particulate filter
- Diesel oxidation (CO) catalyst
- Continuous Emissions Monitoring System (CEMS)
- commissioning
