Highlights

  • Process-specific, non-standard production
  • Experience and diversity, especially in double-walled models

A shell-and-tube heat exchanger consists of a cylindrical shell containing small-diameter tubes. Tube wall thickness is selected according to the fluid properties and operating pressure. The design provides an open flow path for demanding industrial, process and energy duties. Our range includes units that are smaller, lighter and more efficient than conventional shell-and-tube heat exchangers.

Double-Wall Shell-and-Tube Heat Exchangers

Its design and technical standards make it suitable for power generation facilities, natural gas preheating stations and plants handling chemicals that may be hazardous to people or the environment. Leaks caused by cracks or perforation in the inner tube can be detected, eliminating the need for a costly intermediate circuit or a second heat exchanger.
